How to Cancel an Order?

For order cancellations, please initiate a WhatsApp chat or E-mail. Orders can be cancelled at any time before they are dispatched without incurring extra costs. Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours. No cancellations will be accepted beyond that point.

For cancellations beyond the policy, a 20% deduction of the order value will be applied for refunds, which includes return shipping costs, in addition to a payment gateway/transaction charge for prepaid orders.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
