At Originalbeachcolors.com, we understand that online purchases may not always meet your expectations, so we offer a hassle-free guarantee to all our customers. Our return and refund policies are designed with your satisfaction in mind. Please take the time to review the product details before finalizing your order.
In case of Wrong Item / Damaged Product / Incorrect Size / Incomplete Product:
If your products arrive damaged or in any of the above-mentioned conditions, we are more than willing to provide you with a replacement of the correct product. To initiate this process, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the products via E-mail or WhatsApp chat, including pictures of the damaged product. We will arrange a return pick-up for the product.
Once the product is returned, it will undergo a quality check to confirm that the quality issue is a result of our responsibility and not due to misuse or abuse outside our control. Ensure all original tags and accessories are included, and branded packaging should be returned in its original condition.
In the case of an incomplete product or missing items in the package, the missing components will be dispatched following verification from our end.
In case if you Didn't Like the Product or Quality / Size Not as Expected / Changed your Mind / No Longer Needed:
We are committed to ensuring that only the highest quality products reach our customers, and each item undergoes a thorough quality check.
However, given that these are art products, please be aware that there may be slight variations in appearance and finish. The colors displayed on our website closely represent the actual product colors to the best extent possible, although they may slightly differ based on your display screen.
If you are still dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days of delivery by notifying us via email within this 7-day period. We will arrange a return pick-up for the product.
Upon return, the product will undergo a quality check to ensure there has been no misuse or abuse outside our control. Once the returned product passes the quality check, confirming it is unused and in its original packaging, an exchange or refund will be processed. For refunds, 5% of the order value and shipping charges will be deducted for return shipping.
For prepaid orders, the transaction will be reversed to process the refund. Refunds may take 5-7 working days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
Ensure that the products are not used, altered, washed, soiled, or damaged in any way. Return all original tags and accessories, and the branded packaging should be returned in its original condition.
The returned product should be unused and packaged back in its original condition to avoid damage during transit.
Order Cancellation:
For order cancellations, please initiate a WhatsApp chat or E-mail. Orders can be cancelled at any time before they are dispatched without incurring extra costs. Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours. No cancellations will be accepted beyond that point.
For cancellations beyond the policy, a 20% deduction of the order value will be applied for refunds, which includes return shipping costs, in addition to a payment gateway/transaction charge for prepaid orders.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Custom Product Orders:
Custom products are created at your request and differ from other available products on our website. Such orders are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-exchangeable. They can only be replaced in the event of an incorrect product or damaged product received. For this, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Bulk Orders:
Orders with a value exceeding INR 10,000 are considered bulk orders. Return and refund policies do not apply to bulk orders. Bulk orders are not refundable under any circumstances; only defective or damaged items can be replaced individually.
Bulk orders may take longer to ship, depending on the volume. Our team will confirm the delivery time at the time of order confirmation.
